Shipping Policy

✅ Free Shipping

We are committed to offering great value and premium service to our customers. Therefore:

      • Within Bahrain: Shipping is completely free on all orders.

      • Within the GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar & Oman): Free shipping is available through select promotions, or charged as per the destination and weight table below. We currently ship to Bahrain and the GCC only.

    🖲️ 3D Printing / 3DbyRawan Orders — Important Note

All 3D Printing products (3DbyRawan category) are custom-made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Because production only begins after your order is confirmed, full payment is required in advance before we start printing and processing — this is why Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for 3D Printing orders, and why this category has its own shipping fee (a flat 2.000 BHD per order, regardless of order value) instead of the standard free shipping offered on other products. This policy protects both you and us by ensuring your custom order is only produced once payment is secured. All other shipping terms on this page (delivery times, tracking, customs, etc.) apply to 3D Printing orders as well.
