At Adomeez, we care about your satisfaction and are committed to offering high-quality products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
⏳ Return Period
- You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.
✅ Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of use, damage, or wear.
- Products purchased under special offers or discounts may be non-returnable, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- For hygienic reasons, the following baby care items are not eligible for return:
- Bottles, pacifiers, cloth diapers, feeding tools, etc.
- Customized or personalized items that were altered at your request are also non-returnable.
📦 Return Process

- Reason for return
- Photos showing the item’s condition (if needed)
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
💵 Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Original shipping fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
