At Adomeez, we care about your satisfaction and are committed to offering high-quality products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:


Return Period

  • You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of use, damage, or wear.
  • Products purchased under special offers or discounts may be non-returnable, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygienic reasons, the following baby care items are not eligible for return:
    • Bottles, pacifiers, cloth diapers, feeding tools, etc.
  • Customized or personalized items that were altered at your request are also non-returnable.

💵 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
    • A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
    • Original shipping fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
